Job Description:
We are hiring female Telecallers for the Service Department to handle customer communication and appointment coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers for service reminders, follow-ups, and feedback
Schedule service appointments and maintain call records
Inform customers about service offers, campaigns, and due services
Coordinate with service advisors for customer requirements
Maintain professional and polite communication at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as a telecaller (automobile industry preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-handling ability
